Training Metrics to Serve All Communities
Introduction by Mike Dowsey
It's important that any set of training metrics must serve the
needs of Training Management, Executive Management,
and Customers. We must define the problem, understand the
challenges, acknowledge constraints, consider the approach
then develop and implement the solution. The case study looks
at a solution and implementation, and describes the resulting
scorecard and dashboard.
After the break, members
from different size companies with different approaches will
then describe their experiences. So far, we have SAP,
Juniper Networks, Sybase, Blue Coat Systems and Snell,
although there may well be others!
Finally, participants will be invited to join a breakout group
of their choice (based on size and/or geography) to discuss
best practices. Groups will report back and their findings
will be written up and made available
to attendees and on the website.
